Beginner Level Belly Dance Class

Belly dance classes in Leeds with HelenaTuesday 6-7pm @ The Dance Studio, Mabgate Mills, Leeds

Learn how to belly dance on this friendly, suportive course. This is a course suitable for total beginners as well as those with a little experience of belly dance.

During the course you will learn all the belly dance basics and at least one upbeat dance routine. As you can build on your progress week on week you will learn faster than in a drop-in class. Everyone gets to know each other too, so it's a great way to make new friends!

Usually these courses sell out quickly so book early to avoid disappointment! If there are spaces then Helena may allow late entrants during the first two weeks only.

What to wear

Just wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise, with either bare feet or soft, flexible, smooth-soled dance shoes such as ballet shoes. Helena brings hip scarves and veils for students to borrow during the class!
