About Natalie

Natalie is a talented dancer with flowing, elegant expression. Originally based in Southern England, she started out training in tribal and fusion belly dance before moving "up North".

Having relocated to Leeds she began studying with Helena, training in - and falling for - authentic Egyptian dance. She soon excelled in this style and was one of the first dancers invited to join Orientale Dance Company.

Since that time she has truly earned her place as a principal dancer, performing with them across the UK. Natalie is also a talented costumier, creating many of the group's costumes.

A popular teacher with an accessible approach that places the emphasis on fun and inclusion, Natalie teaches belly dance at Swarthmore Education Centre in Leeds city centre.

As well as working with Orientale Dance Company, Natalie can also be booked as a solo dancer.
