About Helena

Helena is a talented dancer known for her vivacious, elegant style and infectious enthusiasm! Based in Leeds, she is an experienced perfomer and Equity member, and the Creative Director of Orientale belly dance troupe.

Helena, Bellydancer - Photo by Paul Wright Helena performs and teaches across the North East of England and beyond at a wide range of events, from private celebrations to corporate events for clients including Conde Nast, Girl Guiding UK, Leeds Metropolitan University and Jet 2.

Currently resident dancer at city centre venues Spice Quarter and Caffe Pera, Helena has also taught and performed at major festivals including the Leeds Jewish International Performing Arts festival and the Jewel of Yorkshire belly dance festival.

A popular and well established teacher, Helena teaches belly dance classes and courses in Leeds city centre and Morley.

Her fun, friendly and supportive teaching style has earned her a loyal following of students.
